今日はアメリカ編の最終日です！きっちり5投稿！！
ということで、今回は最終日に立ち寄ったスーパーマーケット「TRADER JOE’S（トレーダージョーズ）」についてお話したいと思います！
実は行くまで、私は「TRADER JOE’S」が何なのか全く知りませんでした。
“人の名前？場所の名前？アトラクション？” くらいの感覚でした（笑）
でも友達2人が「日本へのお土産を買うならTRADER JOE’Sがいいよ！」とおすすめしてくれたので、ワクワクしながら向かいました。
到着してみると、そこはコンパクトなスーパーマーケット！
イメージで言うと、日本の地方にある、だいたいどこに何があるか把握できるくらいのサイズ感のスーパーです。笑
海外のスーパーって、地元ならではのものがたくさん並んでいて、それを見るだけでもワクワクしませんか？
私は旅行先で地元のスーパーに行くのが大好きです。
今回も期待しながら入ってみたのですが、その予想を遥かに上回る楽しさでした！
調味料やお菓子、お酒、そしてトートバッグに至るまで、「TRADER JOE’S」オリジナルの商品が多くあり、
どれもユニークで見ているだけでも楽しかったです。
特に人気なのが、期間限定トートバッグ！
なんと、コレクションしているファンが世界中にいるんだとか！
スーパーマーケットのオリジナルトートにファンがつくなんて、まさにマーケティングの勝利ですよね。
日本で言うなら「イオンのトートバッグを集める人がいる」みたいな感じでしょうか（笑）
もちろん私もその魅力にやられて、しっかり３つ購入しました（笑）
もうすぐ日本に一時帰国するので、「TRADER JOE’S」で買ったお土産を家族や友達に渡すのが楽しみです！

Today marks the last post of my U.S. trip series — exactly five posts!
For the final day, I’d like to talk about a supermarket we stopped by called TRADER JOE’S.
To be honest, before going there, I had no idea what TRADER JOE’S was.
I was like, “Is it a person? A place? Maybe some attraction?”
But two of my friends told me, “You should definitely buy souvenirs for Japan at TRADER JOE’S!”
So, I went there all excited and curious.
When we arrived, we found it to be a medium-sized, cozy supermarket!
It reminded me of a local grocery store in the countryside of Japan — the kind where you already know where everything is.
I’ve always loved visiting local supermarkets when I travel.
You get to see so many unique, local products — it’s like a mini cultural experience!
And this time, it was even more fun than I expected.
From seasonings and snacks to drinks and tote bags, TRADER JOE’S was filled with original items you can only find there.
Everything was so unique and fun to look at!
One of the most popular items is their limited-edition tote bags.
Apparently, there are fans all over the world who collect them!
I mean, a supermarket tote bag with global fans?
That’s brilliant marketing, right?
It’s like if people in Japan started collecting Aeon tote bags!
Of course, I couldn’t resist either — I ended up buying three of them. Haha.
I’ll be going back to Japan soon, so I can’t wait to give my TRADER JOE’S souvenirs to my family and friends.
I really hope they’ll like them! 💛
