今日は、先日紹介したアイルランドに留学した友達の続編です！
朝起きると、グループチャットに一枚の写真とメッセージが届いていました。おしゃれなコーヒーとチョコの写真です。美味しそうなコーヒーだなと思っていたら、その後のメッセージに「本日初登校のため、アイリッシュコーヒーという名のウイスキーを飲んでおります。」とありました。
え！？（笑）と思いましたが、そうなんです。
友達は、初登校の景気付けに朝からアイルランド発祥のホットカクテルを飲んでいたのです！
それを見た他の友達たちが「ナイス飲酒！」とたくさん返信していたのも面白かったです。
さらに別の友達が「故意ですか？事故ですか？」と聞くと、その友達は「故意飲酒です！」と答えていて、これにも笑ってしまいました。
友達にとって大事な始まりの日。それを楽しく共有してくれたのがとても嬉しかったです。

Today, I’d like to share a follow-up story about my friend, who is studying in Ireland.
When I woke up this morning, there was a photo and a message in our group chat. It was a stylish coffee with some chocolate. I thought it looked delicious, and then I saw the message: “For my first day at school, I’m drinking Irish coffee, which has whiskey in it.”
What!? lol But yes, that’s true.
My friend was having a hot Irish cocktail that morning to celebrate the first day of school!
Other friends replied with lots of messages like, “Nice drinking!” which was funny.
Then another friend asked, “Was that on purpose or by accident?” and my friend answered, “On purpose!” That made us laugh even more.
It was an important day for my friend, and I was really happy she shared it with us in such a fun way.
